Carbyne announced today that it signed a contract with the most populous city in North America: Mexico City.

Mexico City’s emergency call center has incorporated Carbyne’s c-Live Universe+ platform into its call center. Live video, instant chat, and accurate caller’s location are now available to better serve the city’s 22 million residents.

Mexico City also incorporated Carbyne’s incident conferencing, thus, enabling the call taker to simultaneously integrate medics, dispatchers, and other emergency personnel to an event. This provides the most efficient response, while also reducing dispatch time.

By incorporating Carbyne’s solutions into the city’s emergency call center, these new capabilities will enable the city to shift resources in a more strategic manner. The same number of officers, medics, and ambulances can now be maximized to better serve the residents of the city.

Amir Elichai, CEO and founder of Carbyne, expressed his appreciation to the city of Mexico for innovating their emergency call centers: “Mexico City is the most populated city in North America and serving it is a major milestone for Carbyne. Providing our technology to residents of Mexico City provides us with great pride, as we know that together we will be able to save lives and provide essential support when it is needed most.”
