The Fayette County 911 Communications Center has launched Carbyne’s c-Live platform which allows telecommunicators to have access to progressive capabilities such as Instant Chat, Live Video, AML, and Carbyne’s X Cisco telephony infrastructure.

Carbyne’s c-Live platform creates a live environment that enables telecommunicators to fully connect to an incident, therefore, reduces first responder response time which increases response efficiency which, ultimately, helps save lives every day.

“Whatever the callers can’t tell us, Carbyn

e can provide,” explains Katye Vogt Director of the 9-1-1 Communications Center at Fayette County, “This increase in information intake also increases the confidence level of our telecommunicators.”

Carbyne’s deployment of its first full NG-911 platform is not only a defining moment for Carbyne, it is a defining moment for the industry as a whole.

Amir Elichai, CEO and Founder of Carbyne, commented: “The industry has been talking about the need for NG-911 for over a decade. Carbyne is the first to implement a full solution within a single platform in order to bring these capabilities into a 911 center.  Thanks to Carbyne, NG-911 is no longer the future; it is now the present.”
