CARBYNE SIGNS A STATEWIDE CONTRACT WITH MEXICO STATE

May 28, 2020

The State of Mexico announced today the signing of a statewide contract with Carbyne in order to provide NG 9-1-1 services to its 16,000,000 residents.

With the incorporation of Carbyne’s c-Live Universe+ platform in the state’s C5 call center, call takers can now, for the very first time, create a live, interactive environment that truly connects them to the callers via live video, accurate location, and instant chat.

In addition, C5 also adopted Carbyne’s advanced tools, including incident conferencing, which enables the call taker to simultaneously integrate medics, dispatchers, and other emergency personnel to an event in order to provide the most efficient response while reducing dispatch time.

By incorporating Carbyne’s solutions into the C5 center, the city can now put a special protocol into place to deal with special circumstances, such as the COVID-19 Pandemic. Once connected, the call taker will be able to independently  conference in a doctor, based on a series of predetermined questions set in Carbyne’s platform.

The custom questionnaire enables an immediate, remote assessment of the caller, therefore increasing first responders’ safety and reduces the unnecessary overload in hospitals.

Carbyne would like to thank our partner XEFI SECURITY, who helped us execute this large scale contract, and to commend the government of Mexico State for proving its forward thinking and dedication to improving the safety of its residents.

Amir Elichai, CEO and founder of Carbyne, expressed his pride in being able to serve one of the largest states in the world and offer its services to its people. “We would also like to  commend the government of Mexico State for proving its forward thinking and dedication to improving the safety of its residents.”
