We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager that will be responsible for developing our sales in Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience selling into the public safety/government space. The candidate will need to be able to thrive in a fast growing, technology-based company with an emerging next-generation solution offering. We’re looking for a seasoned “Closer”, with a proven track record in signing multi million dollar deals in the public safety sector.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop business opportunities by leveraging strong existing relationships and generating and qualifying new customer leads.
  2. Execute on business opportunities and maintain a pipeline large enough to support attainment of objectives.
  3. Independently generate sales leads and opportunities
  4. Close contracts in sufficient volume to achieve assigned sales goals.
  5. Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  6. Play an active role in creating and honing the company’s value proposition and the positioning of the company’s solutions to land new business.

  1. At least 5 years of experience selling into public safety/government sector.
  2. A deep rolodex of pre-existing contacts at the City, State and c4/c5 management level in the country.
  3. Knowledge of consulting agencies and independent contractors that work, advise or otherwise do business in the public safety field in the region
  4. Expert subject matter knowledge of Public Safety Call Handling and Computer Aided Dispatch workflows and technology in the industry.
  5. Understanding of NG911 systems and architecture, and future plans in Mexico for the 911 eco-system on municipal and state levels.

  8. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
