About the role

Our Finance team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated Financial Controller to join us at our Tel-Aviv site. You will be responsible for developing accounting policies and overseeing all financial procedures of our company. 

We are looking for a self-starter, highly intelligent, focused, and well-organized individual to lead our accounting department and take an active part in a fast-growing company with multiple entities around the globe. This is an opportunity to hold a key financial position in building the company's accounting practices and compliances towards the next big step. 

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the accounting team and support business and operational finance, while driving efficiency & automation to keep up with the demands of a fast-growing company.
  2. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes of the subsidiaries in Israel, USA, Mexico, and UK according to the US GAAP.
  3. Work with external auditors and advisors on the preparation of the statutory financial statements and tax filings
  4. Support budget preparation, tracking, and reporting.
  5. Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
  6. Manage all tax-related responsibilities.. 
  7. Oversee the company's processes and policies.
  8. Lead improvements in financial and system processes.


 

Requirements
  • Big4 CPA internship and 3+ years more of experience with a growing SAAS company
  • Advanced knowledge in ERP Systems - NetSuite an advantage.
  • Experience in managing an accounting team.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in US-GAAP.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a growing business.
  • Excellent English – writing and verbal skills
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
