Carbyne is looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated bookkeeper that will join our fast-growing company and assist our day-to-day accounting requirements and monthly closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Charge Bookkeeper that will demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks at hand
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and special expertise in using Excel
- Maintaining Vendor records, processing Vendor Bills & payments
- Ensure timely payment of payables
- Prepare bills for payment
- Maintaining Customer records, Processing Sales Orders, Invoices & Collection
- Tracking Payable Electronically & Manually
- Monthly reconciliation of Banks, Credit Cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable and inter-company transactions
- Monthly reporting to the tax authorities, year-end taxes, 856 & 1099's
- Assisting in month-end & year-end reconciliation
- Ongoing Finance Department projects and tasks

- 2+ years of prior bookkeeping and/or senior accounting experience
- Prior global industry is highly preferred
- Prior Netsuite experience is highly preferred
- Prior intercompany accounting experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Israeli Accounting Principal is required USA GAAP a Plus
- This is a full-time position
