Description

Carbyne is looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated bookkeeper that will join our fast-growing company and assist our day-to-day accounting requirements and monthly closing process. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Charge Bookkeeper that will demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks at hand
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and special expertise in using Excel
  • Maintaining Vendor records, processing Vendor Bills & payments
  • Ensure timely payment of payables
  • Prepare bills for payment
  • Maintaining Customer records, Processing Sales Orders, Invoices & Collection
  • Tracking Payable Electronically & Manually
  • Monthly reconciliation of Banks, Credit Cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable and inter-company transactions
  • Monthly reporting to the tax authorities, year-end taxes, 856 & 1099's
  • Assisting in month-end & year-end reconciliation
  • Ongoing Finance Department projects and tasks

Requirements
  • 2+ years of prior bookkeeping and/or senior accounting experience
  • Prior global industry is highly preferred
  • Prior Netsuite experience is highly preferred
  • Prior intercompany accounting experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Israeli Accounting Principal is required USA GAAP a Plus
  • This is a full-time position
