You should have a sharp eye for talented people, high sourcing skills, and a steady commitment to help them succeed in our company. You will be entrusted to build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the hiring process A-Z
  2. Building a pipeline of qualified candidates by conducting intensive sourcing activities and leading employment branding initiatives.
  3. Develop a strong and effective relationship with the hiring managers and provide them all the necessary tools and guidance for hiring the most qualified candidates for our company.
  4. Developing and ensuring the best candidate experience.
  5. Staying up to date with current HR market trends and implementing them in the company.

  1. At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position in a High tech/StartUp company 
  2.  Passion for being a part of a fast-growing environment with a “Can do” approach
  3. Experience in managing full recruiting cycle- sourcing, in-depth HR interviews, escort hiring managers, employment branding, etc.
  4. Experience in recruiting for R&D positions-must!
  5. Extensive sourcing experience (knowledge of various sourcing tools)
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. BA/BS in business administration, human resources, or other relevant fields.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
