About the role

Carbyne is growing fast, and we're looking for a passionate talent acquisition partner to be a part of our awesome global HR team and play a significant role in managing our intensive growth.  

Our dream candidate has experienced in managing the full cycle of recruiting and employment branding. If you have a sharp eye for talented people, high sourcing skills, and a steady commitment to help them succeed in our company, this one's for you. You will be entrusted to build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Here's what you'll be working on:

  • Managing the hiring process A-Z
  • Building a pipeline of qualified candidates by conducting intensive sourcing activities and leading employment branding initiatives
  • Developing a strong and effective relationship with the hiring managers and provide them all the necessary tools and guidance for hiring the most qualified candidates for our company
  • Developing and ensuring the best candidate experience
  • Staying up to date with current HR market trends and implementing them in the company
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position at a high tech/start up company 
  • Passion for being a part of a fast-growing environment with a “can do” approach
  • Experience in managing full recruiting cycle- sourcing, in-depth HR interviews, escorting hiring managers, employment branding, etc.
  • Experience in recruiting for R&D positions
  • Extensive sourcing experience (knowledge of various sourcing tools)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS in business administration, human resources, or other relevant fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
