We are looking for an HR Manager to join our NY office and support our growth in the US. 

Our employees are our biggest asset and we are looking for a true HR leader that will be responsible for ensuring the success of all the HR aspects of our US office, starting from hiring the best talents and managing all cycle of the recruitment process, ensuring a successful onboarding, working closely with the managers and making sure everyone is performing at there best, set for success and coming with a big smile to work every day :)

You will be a part of our HR global team, help to communicate and streamline HR/Admin process in the US office and have a big impact on translating our culture and values on the day to day work and atmosphere.

This is a full-time role located in our New York City office.


Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with our US leaders in order to establish an effective HR strategy to drive business success, support our growth and retain our talents.
  2.  Leading end to end the Talent Acquisition life cycle
  3. Take part in improving communication and the cultural differences between Israel and the US.
  4. Identify and proactively execute organizational development and training needs
  5. Drive talent management strategies to support a team鈥檚 growth, individual development plans and goals
  6. Managing the day to day HR operations including compensation and benefits.
  7. Building a strong employer brand by staying up to date with current HR market trends and implement them in the company.

Requirements
  1. At least 4 years of  experience as an HR Manager/ HR Business Partner or equivalent role in a fast-growing company (Experience in Startup companies and global experience is a big advantage)
  2. Proven experience working closely with top management in consulting, coaching, understanding the business needs and translating them into actionable HR plans.
  3. Proven experience with Talent acquisition best practices and hiring talents for various positions (Marketing, Sales, Customer support,  Custome success, etc).
  4. Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
  5. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  6. Have a good understanding of HR processes and labor law. 
  7. A true Business partner and strategic thinker
  8. Must be able to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing, highly technical, global start-up environment.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Self-motivated with a can-do/do what it takes approach.
