 About the role

We're on the hunt for a senior product marketing manager to join our marketing team and bring our product story to life.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing all product marketing related collateral, and serving as a liaison between our product and sales teams. Our dream candidate is experienced in product marketing methodologies, and creating sales enablement materials, positioning, product briefs, white papers, competitive intelligence, and market research. You’ll be expected to lead the product marketing needs from ideation to completion, and provide our sales team with the tools they need to sell Carbyne effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal and external product marketing content
  • Write detailed plans for new product launches and manage the implementation of launch plans
  • Lead the development of core collateral for sales enablement and key marketing tactics, including whitepapers, blog posts, bylines, webinars, and speaking engagements
  • Provide training resources for sales and customer success teams
  • Gather competitive intelligence on the referral marketing landscape and provide guidance on how to best position Carbyne in this dynamic and evolving space
  • Be the go-to person for new product knowledge, market trends, competitive intelligence, and analytics
  • Ensure all product-related content communicates the value of our platform in our customers’ language, including sales collateral, newsletters, webinars, messaging, web copy, product videos, case studies, blog posts, and more
  • Create and maintain a library of product documentation, comprising specs and user guides
  • At least 4 years of experience as a product marketing manager (B2B, SaaS experience is a must)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, proven ability to distill complex information into simple terms
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
  • Analytical thinker
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Proactive, creative, self-starter, and quick learner
  • Able to go into New York office twice a week.
