The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing full-cycle of recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people, high sourcing skills and a steady commitment to help them succeed in our company. You will be entrusted to build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

  • Develop a strong and effective relationship with the hiring managers and provide them all the necessary tools and guidance for hiring the most qualified candidates for our company.
  • Building a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions worldwide (technical & business) by conducting intensive sourcing activities and lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Managing the hiring process A-Z. 
  • Developing and ensuring the best candidate experience.
  • Staying up to date with current HR market trends and implement them in the company.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position in a High tech/StartUp company (in-house -A must, global recruitment- A big advantage)
  • Experience in managing full recruiting cycle- sourcing, in-depth HR interviews, escort hiring managers, employment branding etc.
  • Experience in recruiting for technical positions-Must! 
  • Extensive sourcing experience with the ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions (technical, marketing, business, etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and a can-do approach.
  • BA/BS in business administration, human resources or other relevant fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English- Must
