 About the role:

As a Product Manager at Carbyne, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle of the product and will work with engineering, design, customers, and other internal stakeholders to execute Carbyne’s vision. You will identify opportunities, create and execute on the product roadmap, as well as define, scope, and work with developers to make your ideas come to life. What you’ll be working on:

  • Lead Carbyne's efforts to develop innovative product solutions that meet the needs of the market
  • Synthesize feedback from customers, competitors, partners, and market trends to create business problem statements for new and existing products and services
  • Collaborate with other product managers, marketing, and pre/post-sales teams to achieve product success
  • Handle customer and market discovery, requirements gathering (MRDs and PRDs), and regulations
  • Create user stories, refine requirements, and work with engineering teams to create software
  • Work with cross-functional teams to launch the software that was created
  • Own the product roadmap, use case prioritization, and feature definition.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
  • Bonus: experience in managing Products in the field of Communication, Telecommunication, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, other collaboration products, data and analytics, and/or APIs
  • Action-oriented with an ability to leverage collaboration skills and initiative to get things done
  • Experience in Agile development methodology
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, both internal & external
  • Willingness to travel for client visits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to build relationships and influence outside of authority
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written
