Your Impact

As Strategic Account Executives at Carbyne, you will sell Carbyne’s live-saving products to State-level Public Safety agencies (working closely with our channels and partners). You will have the ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain Senior-level relationships, and navigate across customer various decision-makers.

Your Day to Day:


  1. Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies, Public Safety statewide technology and network vendors, telecom companies and similar vendors, to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Carbynes’ strategic objectives
  2. Develop and maintain senior and executive level client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  3. Develop and execute account strategy with sales and channels team to deliver stronger value propositions
  4. Support execution of strategy at the state/territory level
  5. Oversee all territory account activities from prospecting and research to closing the deal and connecting the customer with professional services if applicable
  6. Responsible for forecasting, keeping management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion and gathering intelligence on competitor activity
Requirements
  1. At least 10 years of demonstrated successful Software Sales experience in a SaaS / Cloud products within the Public Safety/911industry
  2. Existing and proven relationships with Senior decision-makers within the designated territory- State level and relevant network/telco providers
  3. Understanding of EsiNet and NG911 Technology and offerings
  4. Proven experience in managing/ owning sales territories 
  5. Experience with creating and executing long-term sales plans
  6. Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings
  7. Strong technical orientation 
  8. Self-motivated with a can-do approach.
  9. Strong attention to details, creative, open-minded, persistent and highly collaborative
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  11. Ability to travel to customers as needed to (70% of the time)
