Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will focus on developing and managing business opportunities for the company in Brazil. As a hyper-growth company, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious, persistent, with strong business and customer skills. 

 

The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling into Public safety/government space. The candidate will need to be able to thrive in a fast-growing, technology-based company with an emerging next-generation solution offering.

 

Based in Brazil (São Paulo area)

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop business opportunities by leveraging strong existing relationships and generating and qualifying new customer leads.
  2. Creating new partnerships and leading channel management activities in the region towards sales enablement
  3. Supporting channels in their sales efforts, leading them towards regional sales goals
  4. Generate creative Marketing Activities and promoting the Carbyne brand through PR and Trade Shows.
  5. Play an active role in creating and honing the company’s value proposition and the positioning of the company’s solutions to land new business.
  6. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s software/technology.
  7. Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements


  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development / Sales Manager in the industry of Public Safety technology/ Government sector. 
  2. Have a proven track record in identifying, qualifying and closing new business for technical large scale products- Must.
  3. Great Partner and Channel network - a plus
  4. Strong technical orientation
  5. Experience with creating and executing long term strategic market penetration plans.
  6. Excellent at building & maintaining relationships with customers.
  7. Self-motivated with a can-do approach.
  8. Fluent in English - Must
  9. Resourceful, self-motivated and driven to be the best
  10. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (locally - Brazil)
