An incredible opportunity is available to join a hyper-growth, SaaS technology, life changing company as our Chief Revenue Officer.

We are currently looking for high-energy, driven, top talent CRO with a deep knowledge of effective tactics and strategies to drive growth and productivity. We need a true leader to keep us united and efficient as we continue to grow, while nurturing the unique and powerful culture we built.

The CRO will be a member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales & Marketing function, ensuring that established revenue and profit goals are met. 

The ideal Carbyne’s CRO will have an established pattern of exemplary sales success and senior leadership, ideally in a SaaS-based organization. The chosen candidate will be tech savvy by nature and the one who has a passion towards sales and driving others towards successful business and company outcomes.

The role is for a dynamic, passionate and entrepreneurial leader to take ownership and work alongside the CEO to lead and grow our team to places that no one ever thought possible!

You will be given full responsibility for managing the revenue global teams, bringing a contemporary vision to the sales and demand generation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building a Govtech SaaS machine to deliver and support global customers. 
  2. Control the company cost of acquisition and margins.  
  3. Manage the company Sales process with full control over Salesforce. 
  4. Be a key member of our leadership team, and help make crucial business decisions.
  5. Leading the sales & marketing teams. 
  6. Manage and expand Carbyne global partners network. 
  7. Creative reform in both short and long term growth strategy.
  8.  Managing and developing programs to attract, engage and convert prospective clients.
  9. Taking ownership of the sales funnel from prospect to account acquisition and growth.
  10. Playing a key role in promoting commercial innovation, new thinking and methods for the business as a whole.
  11. Oversee and lead sales pipeline activity to identify, pursue and close deal flow.
Requirements
  1. The candidate must have 15 years of sales experience and 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a true focus on Enterprise SaaS sales with >30m US $ ARR. 
  2. A proven history of building, and developing a multi discipline Sales, Operation spanning Sales, Technical Sales and Partners. 
  3. A track record of success and leadership within a high growth sales team with a background of successful growth in a SaaS solution Organization that can be evidenced in terms of targets and achievements. 
  4. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and a pipeline – Ability to activate networks towards fundraising and revenue goals. 
  5.  Ability to communicate our strategy internally and externally to partners, funders, with the skills to visibly demonstrate leadership. 
  6. Understanding of how to establish and maintain excellent relationships with C-level executives of key target clients and channel partners.
  7. Strong presentation skills via online and in person.
  8. A visionary and contemporary thinker who has been the driving force behind prior successful SaaS companies.
  9. Hard worker with a demonstrable ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
