Roles and responsibilities:

  1. In-depth knowledge of company products, technology, and value proposition
  2. Understanding customer needs and requirements and translate them into the best solution that addresses their needs
  3. Own the response to RFIs and RFPs process
  4. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining Carbyne products and functionality.
  5. Identify potential business opportunities with existing and new customers
  6. Work closely with technical development and architecture teams to translate business needs into effective solutions
  7. Supporting the implementation of pilots and conducting product demos
  8. Manage and assist in the development and revisions of training materials and onboarding tools 
  9. Providing professional training and mentoring for partners
  10. Support Sales Managers in preparing commercial offers

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, working with complex products in the field of Telecommunication/ Cybersecurity/ Networking/ VoIP or other relevant technical product ( preferably in a fast-paced and ambitious work environment)
  2. B.Sc in Software Engineering / Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent desired
  3. Proven Technical Knowledge in IP networking, IP Telephony (preferably Cisco) and of software as a service platforms
  4. Architecture knowledge in Cloud services and Cisco collaboration 
  5. Experience in managing the pre-sales process, technical and commercial view, building proposals and technical requirements, response to tenders and project implementations.
  6. Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
  7. Strong customer-facing approach & presentation skills.
  8.  A Team player, self-motivated and able to technically lead a project throughout its lifecycle.
  9.  Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
  10. English- mother-tongue level. Additional languages - advantage
