Channel Partner Manager | Carbyne
Description

We are looking for an experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our US team. You will be responsible for managing and building long-term successful relationships with our Partners and developing structured onboarding processes to enable new and existing partners to implement services to our clients. The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing channel sales strategies to drive an increase in partner sales revenues. 


Location: You can work remotely from any region in the US :)



Main responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage sales opportunities with the Partners, providing accurate and updated sales funnel
  2. Define and deliver the overall partner strategy
  3. Track, report and optimize the performance of partnerships.
  4. Act as the primary liaison between the Carbyne sales team and the channel partner sales organizations
  5. Coordinate sales training for partner onboarding and assist with ensuring that the partner sales organizations stay up to speed with changes that may take place with Carbyne’s products
  6. Coordinating on-going deal support to help close new opportunities at identified resellers including pricing requests, resource coordination, and other partner management activities
  7. Establishing Carbyne`s products as the partner’s preferred solution

Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a similar position in the public safety technology industry, specifically with PSAP, Call Handling, and CAD solutions
  2. Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  4. Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering scalable programs supporting hundreds of customers/partners.
  5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
  7. Motivated and goal-oriented
  8. Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships
