Telephony Infrastructure

Carbyne has taken a future-forward approach to our Telephony Infrastructure, building our solutions on Cisco’s best-in-breed Unified Communications platforms. The Carbyne Cisco infrastructure ensures that all calls to your Emergency Call Centers will not be dropped in the event of a call path failure within the Carbyne network. 

This is achieved  by a hierarchical peering model that allows for the call path to be re-established to the call taker. Each component in the telephony call path secures the successful transition of the call to the next peer

The CARBYNE network has been architected to permit you to select the level of security and resilience appropriate for your workload.  Our world-class network infrastructure is carefully monitored and managed.

Network devices, including firewall and other boundary devices, are in place to monitor and control communications at the external boundary of the network and at key internal boundaries within the network.

Carbyne’s fault- tolerant security infrastructure is designed so its systems tolerate failures with minimal to zero customer impact. Our global data centers are built so in case of failure in one center, data traffic is moved to other centers and away from the affected site keeping the flow of information secured and in motion.
